【Summary】
This role will support all of business development, marketing and engagement management
initiatives, projects, sales opportunities and related tasks. Ideally this role would eventually graduate their ability to lead sales opportunities on their own.

■Sales and Business Development
-Make cold calls with potential clients and arrange meetings with them to introduce our services
-Maintain client relationships, by occasionally visiting them for follow-up
■Drafting meeting documents (proposals, quotations, contracts etc)
■Drafting written updates to create touch points with current channel partners and maintain relations.
■Marketing Support
-Updating website content including pictures, articles, news, videos, etc.
■Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
■Plan, schedule and attend dinners, events etc when clients visit Tokyo
■Support on Japanese sales opportunities where possible

勤務時間 Flex System (Core time from 11:00 – 15:00)
Daily Standard Working Hours - 8 hours/day

Example of Flex System:
・Starting Time : 5:00 – 11:00
・Finishing Time : 15:00 – 22:00

【Requirements】
■Minimum 1-year working experience in office environment
■Native English language skills
■Japanese language proficiency
(speaking & reading more important than writing)
■Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
■Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, confident and engaging personality

【Welcome skills】
■Basic understanding of customer service and sales principles
■Excellent time management and planning skills
■Relevant experience related to the Duties and Responsibilities appreciated but not required
