仕事内容 Overview
The Human Resources Associate is responsible to provide a robust administrative support to the Human Resources Department daily operations: personal administration, benefits, payroll, employee relations, etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the HR department and applicable legislations.

Description
- Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in offices in Asia
- Advise basic HR related matters and issues whilst being a member of the HR mailing distribution lists
- Administer and process employee’s on-boarding and termination
- Administer relevant training programs (HR Induction etc.)
- Handles employee/manager’s queries in line with the company’s policies and procedures
- Administer performance evaluation programs
- Administer Company policies and procedures in compliance with country regulations
- Administer the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Administer employees’ relocations and transfers processes
- Arrange health check-up appointments, set up and maintain health check-up records
- Arrange the payment for the HR related services
- Confirm the attendance record is up to date in the time registration system
- Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS and produces relevant reports
- Educate employees with HRIS usage
- Keep soft employee files up-to-date and send hard files to the London office
- Provide administrative support to various benefits plans in international locations
- Coordinate the communication between the payroll department and the benefit providers
- Coordinate the year-end tax adjustment; liaise with a payroll vendor, distribute to and collect necessary documents from employee
- Support employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries. This could involve arranging meetings and taking notes.
- Perform operational support to the HR Departments in different locations
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor

勤務時間 月~金 9:00-19:00の間で労働8時間+休憩1時間
応募条件 Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (written and verbal)
- General knowledge and understanding of employment regulations
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
- Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
- Working knowledge with a HRIS
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed

Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of direct Human Resources experience

Desired Skills
- HR Generalist experiences
- Experiences in resolving workplace issues (e.g. establishing workplace policies, handling employee complaints)
- Additional Asian language (Korean, or Mandarin is a plus)
英語能力 流暢 (TOEIC 865点以上)
日本語能力 ネイティヴレベル
年収 日本・円 350万円 以上   
給与に関する説明 - 年俸制:上記は初年度の基本給、経験に応じて相談(年俸に40時間の残業代込)
- 社会保険完備
- 交通費支給(月額上限3万円)
休日 週休2日制(土日祝日)、有給休暇(初年度15日)、誕生日休暇、
慶弔休暇、育児休暇、傷病休暇
契約期間 6カ月の試用期間後、正規雇用(1年目は契約社員、2年目より正社員に移行)
※契約社員の間も、給与、社会保険、有休日数などの待遇は正社員と同等です。
