We are actively seeking an efficient Global Supply Chain Manager to optimize procurement and supply chain processes for a leading food retail company. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing global supply chain operations, implementing strategic procurement initiatives, and liaising with international vendors. Description * Develop, implement, and monitor global supply chain strategies. * Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers worldwide. * Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. * Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations. * Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and corporate policies. * Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. * Conduct risk management for supply contracts and agreements. * Collaborate on new product introductions and discontinuations. Profile A successful Global Supply Chain Manager should have: * An educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proficiency in supply chain software and tools. * Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of international trade regulations. * Excellent leadership and team management abilities. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
