仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing of indirect materials within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs. Description * Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials and services. * Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of purchases. * Manage supplier relationships and maintain a supplier database. * Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory. * Identify and mitigate any supply chain risks. * Monitor market trends and make recommendations for procurement processes. * Develop team skills through training and mentorship. * Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations. Profile Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher * Proven experience in procurement and supply chain within the FMCG industry. * Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. * An understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement. * Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financials. * Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese language skills.
