仕事内容	Take the lead in launching a pioneering myopia management business in Japan, driving growth from strategy to execution. Build and manage a new team while partnering with key industry players to establish market leadership. Description Develop and implement business strategies for a new myopia control solution. Build relationships with eye care professionals and industry partners, drive market research, lead product management from roadmap to launch, oversee sales and marketing support, manage P&L, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and compliance standards.
