仕事内容	* This senior leadership role will drive launch readiness and commercial strategy for new products in Japan. You'll lead cross-functional planning, shape market entry strategies, and ensure seamless execution aligned with local medical needs. Description * Develop launch strategies and brand planning for early-stage assets * Lead cross-functional initiatives to align medical, regulatory, and commercial functions * Identify key market trends and local insights to guide business decisions * Engage regional stakeholders to localize global strategies * Oversee all pre-launch activities, ensuring alignment across business functions * Build and manage a team to support future launches * Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical laws and policies Profile * Deep knowledge of Japan's pharmaceutical environment * Commercial experience across brand or launch planning * Strong project leadership and cross-functional team management skills * Strategic thinking with strong analytical ability * Effective communicator in both English and Japanese * Degree in science or business; advanced qualifications are a plus * Comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives Job Offer * The company offers a senior leadership platform with influence over future commercial direction in Japan, competitive compensation, and long-term career development in a global organization.
