仕事内容	法人向け固定回線サービスのプロビジョニングおよびアクティベーション業務を担当いただきます。ISP業界でのバックオフィス経験を活かし、サービスオーダーの管理、ネットワーク構成の確認、関係部門との調整を通じて、顧客への安定したサービス提供を支えるポジションです。主な業務内容・法人向けネットワークサービスのプロビジョニングおよび開通作業・サービスオーダーの確認、構成情報の登録、ネットワーク機器の設定・サイト準備状況や回線状況の確認、技術的なチェック・オーダー進捗の管理、納期遵守のためのエスカレーション対応・社内外の関係者（営業、技術、ベンダーなど）との調整・チケットシステム（例：ServiceNow）を用いたインシデント管理

応募条件	ISPまたは通信キャリアでの法人向けネットワークサービスのプロビジョニング経験（3年以上） TCP/IP、BGP、MPLSなどのネットワーク基礎知識オーダーマネジメントやサービスデリバリーの実務経験チケット管理ツール（ServiceNow等）の使用経験ビジネスレベルの英語力
英語能力	ビジネス会話 (TOEIC 735-860)
日本語能力	ビジネス会話(日本語能力試験2級又はN2)
年収	日本・円 400万円〜 900万円
