仕事内容	Join the global headquarters of a leading financial institution to help shape and implement enterprise-wide risk management strategies. This high-impact role offers exposure to executive stakeholders, board-level governance, and global collaboration across regions such as New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Description * Support senior executives and directors on risk governance initiatives. * Lead planning and execution of executive and board-level risk meetings. * Drive policy, risk appetite framework, culture-building and training. * Manage department-wide planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. * Coordinate regulatory disclosures and oversee internal documentation. * Contribute to risk data management and firmwide governance enhancement. * Act as liaison across multiple departments and international stakeholders. * Potential to rotate into other risk-related roles and overseas postings. Profile * Experience in risk, compliance, strategy, regulatory, or finance roles. * Background in financial institutions, consultancies, or regulators. * Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills. * Strategic mindset with excellent written and verbal communication. * Bilingual fluency (English and Japanese) required. * Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing cross-border projects. * Interest in corporate governance, risk oversight, and policy planning.
