仕事内容	This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and strengthen stress testing processes within a leading financial institution. You will work across regions and functions, ensuring robust risk management and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Description * Lead and manage the COO function for stress test operations. * Coordinate global stress testing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives. * Support communication between management, front-office, and corporate teams to inform decision-making. * Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective risk governance. * Oversee the development and validation of stress test models, methodologies, and tools. * Ensure compliance with capital adequacy regulations, managing audits and regulatory reporting. * Coordinate with international regulatory bodies and internal audit functions. * Proactively manage and deliver stress test projects within deadlines. Profile * Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams. * Experience in project and task management, with a focus on operational efficiency. * Fluency in Japanese and English to manage global communications and interactions. * Experience in data management and IT governance. * Knowledge of Basel regulations is highly preferred. * Interest in financial markets and systems, with a solid understanding of risk management. * Background in financial institutions or related fields is a plus.
