仕事内容	A fantastic opportunity to shape credit risk strategies for a leading global financial institution. This role focuses on enhancing decision strategies across the customer lifecycle to ensure profitable growth and responsible risk management. Description * Design and optimize strategies across underwriting, authorization, and line control. * Analyze data to identify credit risk trends, root causes, and growth opportunities. * Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver risk strategies and improvements. * Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. * Use new and existing data sources to enhance modeling and decision performance. * Monitor KPIs, track results, and support the implementation of strategic changes. * Ensure alignment with market practices, customer expectations, and regulations. Profile * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. * Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python-or willingness to learn. * Experience in risk, strategy, or data analytics preferred. * Effective communicator in both Japanese and English. * Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
