仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated Asset Manager to join our Sales department in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to managing the company's assets and ensure they are utilized effectively and profitably. Description * Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance profitability. * Conduct regular reviews of asset performance and take appropriate corrective actions. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset utilization. * Oversee all aspects of asset lifecycle management, from acquisition to disposal. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Prepare and present detailed asset management reports to senior management. * Foster relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's interests. Profile * A degree in Business, Finance, or related field. * Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the Energy & Natural Resources industry. * Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills. * Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. * The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence across departments. * Proficiency in English and Japanese to communicate effectively with global teams.
