仕事内容	In the heart of Tokyo, we are searching for a dedicated Brand Manager - Immunology position in our Marketing & Agency department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our life science industry, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic skills. Description * Lead the strategic planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and profitability. * Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies. * Champion the brand internally to ensure all departments are aligned with the brand vision and goals. * Develop and manage the brand budget. * Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand messaging. * Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns. * Manage agency partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs. Profile * A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience in brand management in the life science industry. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions. * Proficiency in English and Japanese.
