Take charge of brand growth by developing and executing strategic plans to enhance market presence and consumer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful digital activations. Description * Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth. * Develop and implement innovative brand strategies, with a focus on digital activations. * Lead product development initiatives, from maintenance to new product launches. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of brand plans. * Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies to optimize results. Profile * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. * 2-5 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry. * Proven track record in launching new products and managing brand portfolios. * Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple functions. * Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency. * Passion for innovation, creativity, and driving results.
