We are seeking a Junior HRBP with a strong interest in the industrial/manufacturing sector and a passion for shaping strong company cultures and building effective teams. This role is based in Kanagawa and is ideal for candidates looking to take the next step in their Human Resources career. Description * Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy * Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues * Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital * Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance * Ensuring legal compliance throughout the human resource management process Profile 5+ years of HR experience, including business partnering or HR generalist roles Stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable in a matrixed, multicultural environment Fluent in both English and Japanese Experience in a manufacturing or international company is preferred Job Offer * A competitive salary in the range of 7.2M JPY to 9M JPY * A vibrant and dynamic work environment * Generous holiday leave * Opportunities for professional development and career progression * Comprehensive benefits package To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
