仕事内容	A Regional Procurement position for the Life Science department. The role will involve overseeing procurement processes, building supplier relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Description * Manage and oversee procurement processes for APAC and other international regions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. * Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align procurement strategies. * Monitor market trends and supplier performance. * Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations. * Lead cross-functional teams in procurement projects. * Contribute to the development of procurement policies and procedures. Profile Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher * Fluent Japanese and business English level * At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Procurement * Proven experience in driving substantial global cost-saving initiatives through demand management strategies. * Strong ability to manage business operations, engage with senior stakeholders, and navigate complex environments with suppliers.
