仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated Partnership Manager to join our sales team in the retail industry, stationed at our headquarters in Nihonbashi. The ideal candidate will be forging new partnerships, maintaining existing ones, and contributing to our overall sales strategy. Description * Developing and implementing strategic partnership initiatives and plans. * Maintaining relationships with existing partners and identifying new potential partners. * Working closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies. * Providing management with feedback and insights from interactions and visits with partners. * Coordinating with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align company goals and strategies. * Managing sales reporting and forecasting for the partnership aspects of our business. * Ensuring partner compliance with contractual obligations and operational standards. Profile A successful Partnership Manager should have: * A solid background in sales and partnership in Fintech industry or financial services. * Proven experience in managing partnerships and developing strategic * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. * The ability to work well within a team * A proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
