仕事内容	This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge to take on the role of Brand Director within the retail industry. Located in Tokyo, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall brand direction and performance in the Japanese market. Description * Define and implement the brand's strategic direction in alignment with global brand values. * Manage and optimize the product line to meet local market needs and trends. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive brand growth. * Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences. * Develop strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders. * Oversee brand performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. * Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials and events. * Manage and mentor a team of passionate brand professionals.
