仕事内容	We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join Michael Page, who will be instrumental in hiring top talent and providing strategic advice to our clients. Description * Identify and attract high-quality candidates and manage their experience throughout the recruitment process. * Provide expert consultative advice to clients regarding market trends and hiring strategies. * Build and maintain robust client relationships through excellent customer service and high-quality candidate placements. * Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs. * Conduct candidate interviews and assessments. * Manage the negotiation process with candidates and clients. * Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Profile A successful Recruitment Consultant should have: * Significant recruitment or sales experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Strong negotiation skills. * A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. * An ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
