| 仕事内容 |
The Assistant Reservation Manager is responsible for the accurate recording and processing of reservations and the maximization of room sales through pro-active selling and up-selling techniques. Description * Training and Development: * Ensure all team members complete training courses and pass relevant tests. * Organize regular training sessions to maintain team familiarity with hotel product knowledge, activities, service standards, and requirements. * Revenue and Budget Management: * Assist the Commercial Director/Revenue Manager in preparing the hotel budget and forecast. * Maximize room sales and revenue through strategic up-selling initiatives. * Reservation Management: * Review all new reservations daily, handling cancellations or changes, and ensure information is accurately communicated to respective departments. * Verify guest information, requirements, and pricing details for 3-5 arriving guests or groups daily. * Administrative Duties: * Perform secretarial duties including preparing correspondence, maintaining files, and managing communication through faxes, emails, etc. Profile Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Strong understanding of hotel reservation systems and revenue management principles. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. * Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software systems.
