In this position, you will engage with senior leaders and build relationships across various functions, including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and more. You will drive cross-functional alignment for marketing investments, manage collaboration with joint-venture partners, and lead initiatives such as channel expansion, and consistent marketing metrics reporting while supporting budget management and governance processes. Description * Drive cross-functional alignment and investment in channel expansion activities, including eCommerce and large format retail. * Strengthen marketing execution in regional teams, leveraging global resources and learnings. * Lead global programs to increase engagement and loyalty of HVAC technicians and installers. * Maintain strong relationships with joint venture partners, ensuring brand integrity. * Support the CMO in administering the marketing function, managing budgets, and reporting. * Establish consistent reporting of marketing metrics across regions. Profile * From 10 years of experience in B2C and/or B2B channel development, marketing, or sales roles. * Ideal experience within HVAC or Building Services, with a strong understanding of multi-channel business management. * Fluency in Japanese and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
