仕事内容	* Control end-to-end SCM operations process from order handling to purchasing to importing to distribution * Manage a team of operational staff and promote efficiency within team Description * Oversee operational flow from order processing, purchasing, importing, to shipping * Supervise daily order to cash process and ensure smooth daily transactions * Act as Subject Matter Expertise and handle issues escalated from team members and cross-functional departments * Initiate process improvement projects that promote continuous improvement of customer service practices * Manage the team by conducting performance management, talent development, and succession planning Profile * Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience * Experience working in a manufacturing or trading company * People management experience * Experience working on process improvement projects preferred * Fluent Japanese skills required and business level English skills preferred * Must be a resident of Japan and/or must hold a valid working visa for Japan Job Offer * Global food and chemicals trading company with a strong presence in Japan * Opportunity to manage supply chain trading operations * Opportunity to manage a team * Opportunity to report to APAC office * Internal transfer opportunities available * Competitive salary and benefits * Hybrid remote work system available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
