仕事内容	As the Trust and Safety Associate you will engage primarily in content moderation, analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Description As the Trust and Safety Associate you will engage primarily in content moderation. Amont the main responsibilities: * Analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system * Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels * Reporting: directly to the Team Lead and the QA Responsible that looks over the operators Profile The Team in Malaysia is looking for candidates who are ready to start working in July, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, with the following main qualifications: * Good level of English language to be able to communicate with the Team * Good level of Japanese (N3 and up) * Bachelors degree is a MUST to acquire VISA sponsorship * Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights * Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills Job Offer * International environment in one of Asia's most dynamic cities * Buddy Program providing local support in terms of transportation and finding good accommodations * Local Team in charge of supporting employees in case of need To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
