仕事内容	Take responsibility for the Accounting team of this global player in the automotive industry. Improve the internal existing processes and lead and motivate your team of capable accountants. Description * Ensure the quality of the internal accounting and reporting systems in accordance with IFRS and JGAAP. * Lead, motivate and develop the team of experienced Accountants you are responsible for. * Direct the team to improve the internal processes. * Manage and improve the internal ERP system on SAP basis.
