仕事内容	This company has been in healthcare business for nearly 100 years, accelerating the journey to better diabetes care with the creation of their insulin products. You will be in charge of overseeing the outsourced finance and accounting operations for our Japan and Korea entities. Description * Oversee the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the entities, including coordination with outsourced partners to ensure prompt and accurate processingof all financial transactions, accounting activities, and treasury responsibilities for Japan and Korea. * Supervise and execute month-end activities related to the Record-to-Report process, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and USGAAP requirements for financial reporting. * Manage treasury functions such as cash management, bank relations, and forecasting for the company. * Handle local regulatory reporting and statutory obligations for Japan and Korea. * Manage foreign currency reporting, treasury activities, and address banking-related issues. * Ensure adherence to SOX compliance standards. * Coordinate SAP regression/integration testing for any system changes. * Maintain relationships with outsourcing service providers to resolve operational issues for the assigned entities. * Collaborate closely with the Asia tax team.
