仕事内容	This position is a chance to work in one of the prestigious beverage companies as a senior sustainability director. The position leads a sustainability agenda in Japan and provides assistance to Korea. Description * Plan sustainability strategies that is congruent with Japanese sustainability framework and define the evaluation method including financial and non-financial aspects of sustainability strategy * Lead collaboration with bottling partners to agree on the investment initiative and the road-map * Cooperate with Finance and Strategy to keep the investment strategy is meeting sustainability agenda and business value * Keep and enhance the brand of the company by integrating sustainability plans into marketing * Establish and maintain the business relationships with local NPOs/NGOs * Manage professional associates with guidance and mentorship to lead their professional development Profile * Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent, advanced degree * More than 10 years of experience in multi-national, matrixed organization * SME knowledge of sustainability problem * Skills and passion to impact change at organizational unit level * Cooperative, agile and curious * Native level of Japanese * Business level of English Job Offer Salary:16- 20 million yen Opportunity to work in a leading beverage company in the world and grow sustainability initiative in Japan.
