| 仕事内容 |
* Category management of corporate function to align business needs with savings targets * Execute end-to-end procurement activities from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation Description * Partner with local stakeholders to understand category needs of business units * Conduct market research to benchmark suppliers and investigate potential areas for savings * Initiate RFQs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and contract terms * Ensure compliance against company's purchasing policies when it comes to purchasing activities, purchase order approvals, vendor information, etc. * Participate in projects related to facilities and construction by supporting business units from procurement perspective Profile * Minimum 5 years of direct or indirect purchasing experience * Experience sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers * People management or team lead experience preferred * Experience working in a manufacturing company required * Fluent Japanese skills required and business level English skills preferred * Must be a resident of Japan and/or must hold a valid working visa for Japan Job Offer * Global company that specializes in environmental services and sustainability * Opportunity to work as part of a multicultural team * Opportunity to manage multiple categories in indirect procurement * Opportunity to handle end-to-end procurement * Leadership role - can enhance leadership skills * Competitive salary package and benefits * Hybrid remote work system available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
