Description * Develop and implement buying strategies across various product categories. * Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to drive business growth. * Manage financial objectives, including sales, inventory, and margin targets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive 360-degree brand storytelling. * Lead monthly and weekly meetings, contributing as a core member of the GTM leadership team. Profile * At least 5 years in buying or merchandising roles, preferably in a global retail environment. * Fluent in both Japanese and English with a deep understanding of the Japanese fashion market. * Strong leadership skills with a passion for team collaboration and development.
