仕事内容	Work autonomously to cover FP&A matters for the Japan region closely with the CFO \| Work-life balance, hybrid working, career path Description * Develop sales strategies aligned with global and Japan goals, collaborating with sales managers. * Provide proactive support to sales channels through analysis and projects. * Analyze channel profit and loss to maximize investment impact. * Monitor inventory and provide insights for effective management. * Propose innovative sales ideas and support teams with analysis. * Demonstrate leadership in Japan team, communicating effectively with headquarters. * Collaborate closely with sales channels and managing directors. * Work with corporate teams for reporting and forecasting. Profile * Expertise in WHS, Retail, and EC, preferably in the sports retail industry * Relevant experience in FP&A or data management. * Strong analytical skills, adept at communicating with stakeholders. * Business-level English with high-level Japanese proficiency * Professionalism, strong communication, strategic thinking. * Engages colleagues effectively.
