仕事内容	Controller responsible for support/coordinate budgeting process and making financial reports/analysis, proposing productivity improvements in the responsible area. Hands-on FP&A work, but also operates accounting work for one of the company's most profitable business units. Description * Assisting in the comprehensive management accounting for business operations. * Providing support for budgeting tasks, including the development of diverse budget presentation materials. * Conducting initial analyses and crafting improvement suggestions. * Assisting in standard cost management and facilitating cost optimization efforts. * Supporting monthly and yearly financial closing processes. * Generating various reports and analytical documents. Profile * Bachelor's degree from a university/college system. * Ability to conduct business in both Japanese and English. * Experience in accounting and budgeting. * Controlling experience is preferable but not necessary.
