Our client is looking for a desktop support specialist who have the basic understanding of system administration functions, network infrastructure and project management. Working with other 30 IT members in understanding support requests and requirements. You will be also working with other Asian offices. If you a are looking for an excellent and international working opportunity, this is the role for you! Description * Provide desktop support, general infrastructure and security support (mainly Windows system - email, file server, remote server) * Account and file Management, devices operations (phone, USB) * Work closely with other global offices Profile * Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English * Good desktop support skills, advanced knowledge and proven record deploying and supporting Microsoft Office 365 * Proven experience supporting remote access system and Microsoft Teams & Outlook mobile apps on smart phones * Server/network administration experience is a plus * One- year experience to do the support desk Job Offer * Work experience in a top global firm * A competitive salary and Flexible working Schedule * Converting to Permanent staff in 6 months To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
