仕事内容	As the Extremity (Shoulder & Elbow) Product Manager, you will lead the marketing efforts for extremity products, driving product strategy, market analysis, and promotional activities to maximize market potential and customer education. Description * Lead and manage the assigned product portfolio, overseeing product training, events, and sales support materials. * Develop and execute product strategy and budget, conduct market analysis, and drive promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Profile * University graduate with at least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical (orthopedic) field, with a focus on extremity (shoulder & elbow) products for at least 3 years. * Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset. * Good command of Japanese (native level) and English language, both written and spoken Job Offer * Competitive salary range of up to 10M-12M JPY (including bonus of 10%). * Opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced leadership and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to advancing orthopedic healthcare.
