仕事内容	As an Insurance Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of insurance business by devising new product strategies and fostering partnerships within BMW Japan and Financial Services Japan. Your role will involve strategic collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve sales and profit objectives. Description * Develop new insurance product ideas and schemes, aligning with business objectives. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create integrated offers and bundles. * Drive marketing activities and collaboration with NSC and dealers. * Manage profit and loss of insurance schemes, negotiating with insurance companies. Profile * More than 3 years of experience in product planning in finance or automotive industry. * Previous leadership experience, preferably in a multinational setting. * Highly motivated individual with a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills. * Proficient in project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
