応募条件	【テクニカルサポートポジション】大門・浜松町エリア　現在、週3回程度のハイブリッドワーク DFP(広告管理・配信を行う配信サーバ、Google製品)のテクニカル・ユーザーサポート業務ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネス・会話レベルの英語力 -顧客からの問い合わせに対応 -電子メールでクライアントに技術サポートを提供 - Google との問題の調査とトラブルシューティング広告ツール（アドマネージャー、Ad Exchange、Ad Sense など） - HTML、CSS、および JavaScript コードページ実装のトラブルシューティング - DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) 関連の問題のトラブルシューティング。解決策の報告、オペレーションとの連携 -CRMで提起されたチケットを明確に理解し、要件を文書化 -合意されたSLAまたは顧客のタイムラインを遵守、エラーゼロを保証するために設定された高品質基準を遵守 -自己啓発や研修プログラムの指名によるスキル再確認テストによるスキルレベルの向上 -DFP (Desktop for Publishers) ツール HTML、JavaScript、CSS によるテクニカルサポート - チーム内で効果的に働くことができると同時に、チームの共通の目標を達成するための行動 -Take care of customer queries -Provide technical support to clients via email -Investigating and troubleshooting issues with Google advertisement tools (such as Ad Manager, Ad Exchange, and Ad Sense, etc). -Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code page implementations -Troubleshoot DFP(DoubleClick for Publishers) related issues.
