仕事内容	The Catering & Event Manager is a pivotal role within our esteemed global technology company, responsible for crafting and executing strategies, managing finances, and fostering a culture of excellence in our in-house Catering Operation. This role demands a keen focus on exceptional service delivery, business strategy formulation, sales forecasting, budgeting, and overall operational oversight. Description Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer experience. * Formulate business strategies, sales forecasts, and budgeting plans. * Drive sales targets and adapt sales strategies as necessary. * Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands. * Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team. * Manage P&L accountability and ensure financial objectives are met. * Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of events and catering services. Profile Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in catering and events, as well as food and beverage management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in people management. * Native-level proficiency in Japanese or Business level N1, and fluency in English. * Must be willing to work in Tokyo23.
