Lead the development and execution of strategic plans in Japan to drive growth in commercial vehicle safety solutions, while effectively managing teams and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Description * Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth in Japan. * Expand local channels and foster partner relationships. * Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions. * Lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals. * Develop marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand awareness. Profile * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 8 years of B2B experience in Japan, preferably in commercial vehicle sector. * Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and industry trends. * Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Fluent in Japanese (native or business N1 level) and proficient in English and Chinese.
