仕事内容	As the Director of Marketing for CRM products in Japan, you will lead business planning and market development, driving commercial planning, collaboration, and accountability to mobilize resources across the Company and execute product strategies effectively. Description * Develop and execute marketing strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders and analyzing results to achieve sales and profit objectives. * Partner with clinical departments on product registries and studies, ensuring customers and teams are informed of updates and opportunities for growth. * Collaborate across stakeholders to gain alignment, visibility, and execution of business plans, driving field execution of marketing initiatives and enabling sales. Profile * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with experience in complex multinational projects driving sales. * Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, with preference given to candidates with an MBA or related master's level education and experience in consultancy firms or the healthcare industry at senior managerial levels.
