仕事内容	In this unique role, you will be serving as a technical business analyst, using tools such as PowerBI as well as coordinating several teams across the globe. Description * Coordinate teams across APAC, creating weekly KPI reports, project updates, and other documentation as needed. * Conduct and arrange UAT (user acceptance) testing and QA testing. * Use such tools as PowerBI to coordinate the automation of customer reports with the in-house data analytics team * Bridge communication between stakeholders and the IT team in Japan. Profile * Business level Japanese. * Strong Programming skills - Python, SQL, Excel macros and Power BI * Solid experience in ServiceNow or similar OSS/BSS tools and their Modules (Ticketing, Timesheet, Asset DB and Workflows) * Experience in Data science / analytics for IT process automation would be a big plus.
