| 仕事内容 |
The position will establish relationships with new and existing EPC customers by generating and following up on leads and achieving sales targets. The person will report to the Regional Manager overseas. This position will be working independently without subordinates. Description * Develop a strong understanding of markets and customers' needs, areas of concern, to formulate appropriate action plans to expand the overall footprint of the product portfolio. * Manage existing accounts, including but not limited to EPCs, nuclear power plants and construction firms and process industry end users, which would include the generation of new business through technical presentations and customer engagement. * Generate new customer base through independent development of opportunities as well as following up on leads generated through various sources. * Interact with customers to conclude sales, generate solutions, and boost confidence in the solutions, through ongoing sales visits, technical exchanges and regular sales meetings and reviews. * Follow up on existing quotes to secure order. * Assist in the generation of quotes with the team. * Take ownership on managing the health of sales funnel and pipeline to achieve bookings and sales targets Profile * A degree is business, commerce, marketing or other areas * A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is an advantage though not a must * Experience with EPC (Engineering, Construction, and Procurement) as technical engineers or sales * Good negotiation and communication in Japanese and English to provide consultation to customers * Valid working visa in Japan Job Offer * Flexible working conditions to work anywhere in Japan * International working environment using English * The package of compensation includes sales incentive * Product and sales training will be provided To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
