外資系マーケティング企業におけるプロジェクトマネジャー職(CG, クリエイティブデザイン)です。 3年以上のクリエイティブ制作、ウェブ開発、デジタルコンテンツ開発関連のPM経験をお持ちの、バイリンガルを求めております。 職務概要： チームのプロジェクトのあらゆる側面を管理する役割を担います。 定められた時間と予算の範囲内でプロジェクトの目標を達成できるように、担当プロジェクトの各活動を計画、指揮、調整することになります。 特に大規模プロジェクトを開始から終了までチーム環境で管理することに注力していただきます。 また、プロジェクトの構造、プロセス、ワークフローの決定も行います。アカウントサービス(営業)、クリエイティブ、ストラテジー、PMOおよびテクノロジー部門と緊密に連携し、チームとして協力してプロジェクトに取り組みます。 職務内容： - プロジェクトを期限内に成功に導く - 日々のタスクを管理し、潜在的な課題やリスクを積極的に特定し、期限内にプロジェクトを完了させる - プロジェクトに関連するすべてのリスクを管理し、すべてのステークホルダーに伝達する - プロジェクト達成のためのプロジェクト計画が時間枠、資金制限、手順、チーム体制、人員要件、利用可能なリソースのプロジェクトの各フェーズへの割り当てを含め正確に決められていることを確認する - 社内での円滑なアカウント業務遂行のために積極的な対応を行う - すべてのクライアント／エージェンシー向け報告書および追加の財務報告書をタイムリーかつ正確に提供する責任 - 制作されたすべての資料の品質と内容をチェックし、準拠した資料を確実に提供する - プロジェクトの状況や成果物に関して、アカウントサービスとの効果的かつ継続的なコミュニケーションを確保する - すべてのジョブおよび関連書類がデジタルワークフローに入力され、ジョブのステータスが常に正確であることを確認する - 社内の各部署と強い協力関係を築き、クリエイティブ／プロダクションチームとの円滑な仕事の流れを確保し、プロセスの効率化を推進し、問題があれば提起する - 個々のリソースのタスクに対する責任を割り当て、割り当てられたすべてのリソースがプロジェクトに対して時間を記録し、いつ、どこで時間予算が超過しているかを確認する - プロジェクト工程とワークフローがチーム間で合意が取れ、常に最新であることを確認する。 Job Summary: Manages all things associated with the team's projects. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Special emphasis placed on managing large-scale projects from beginning to end, within a team environment. Project structure, process and workflows will also be responsibility of the role. This person will work closely with the Account, Creative, Strategy, PMO and Tech Departments as part of a collaborative project team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the successful on time delivery of the project - Manage day-to-day tasks, performing proactive identification of potential challenges/risks and ensuring on-time project deliverables - Ensure all project related risks are managed and communicated to all stakeholders - Project planning including determining time frame, budget limitations, processes, team structures and RACI to accomplish project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.Take proactive measures to ensure the smooth operation of the account internally - Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all client/agency reports and additional financial reporting - Checking quality and content of all material produced with overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of compliant material - Ensure effective and ongoing communication with the Account Service related to project status and deliverables. - Ensure all jobs and relevant documents are entered into the digital workflow and that the job status is always accurate - Forging strong working relationships with internal departments, ensuring the smooth flow of work to/from Creative / Production team for driving process efficiencies, escalating any issues - Assign individual resource responsibilities & ensure all assigned resources are logging time against projects and identify when and where time budgets are being exceeded - Ensure project processes and workflows align across teams and are up-to-date |
