 ビクトリア州政府東京事務所は、州政府が世界18ヶ所に展開するビジネスオフィス拠点の一つで、ビクトリア州における事業展開や事業投資、ビクトリア州企業とのビジネスを希望される皆様に事業パートナーの候補企業探しや現地視察アレンジ等、様々なサービスを無料で提供しています。また、日本市場への参入を検討しているビクトリア州企業に対するサポート業務やビクトリア州への留学促進、ビクトリア州政府要人が訪日した際のサポート業務等を行っています。 The Victorian Government is committed to attracting international investment and growing overseas trade. We have 18 offices across the globe and the Victorian Government Business Office (VGBO) international network underpins Victoria’s offshore investment attraction and trade promotion operations, supports government and business engagement between Victoria and relevant market and coordinates Ministerial visits to the country. The VGBOs form part of the network for the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI), the attraction of additional investment from established investors, the facilitation of exports and more generally, the promotion of Victoria as an international destination for business, students and tourists. VGBOs are currently located in Beijing, Bengaluru (Bangalore), Chengdu, Chicago, Dubai, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, London, Mumbai, Nanjing, New York, San Francisco, Santiago, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C. <About the Head Office> The Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR) is the Victorian Government’s lead agency for creating the conditions to sustainably develop the Victorian economy and grow employment. Our role is to increase jobs, investment, exports and opportunities; stimulate innovation, competitiveness, and confidence; and support sustainability. DEDJTR has eight Ministers across 12 portfolios: Public Transport; Major Projects; Creative Industries; Small Business, Innovation and Trade; Tourism and Major Events; Agriculture; Regional Development; Industrial Relations; Roads and Road Safety; Ports; Industry and Employment; and Resources. Two enabling groups provide department-wide support: Strategy and Planning and Corporate Services. DEDJTR employees are located throughout the Melbourne CBD, metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and international offices worldwide. Its focus is on creating jobs and raising incomes through industry development, targeted investment and increasing the export value of Victorian firms. The group works closely with businesses, including primary producers, to open up new trade opportunities, improve productivity through innovation and skills, develop economic infrastructure and remove impediments to growth. The Group also delivers programs aimed at supporting workers affected by industry changes to transition into new jobs as well as providing opportunities for disadvantaged job-seekers to participate in employment. The Employment, Investment and Trade Group includes Agriculture Victoria; Creative Victoria; Visit Victoria; Regional Development Victoria and the divisions of Investment and Economic Projects; Trade Victoria; Sector Development; Programs, Small Business and Employment; Resources; Fisheries; Employment, Investment and Trade Policy; and the Chief Operating Officer. |
