■ Consulting and Creativity
At Bravis International, you can develop your abilities both as a consultant and a creator, identifying challenges through research and interviews and then executing solutions, while also involved in developing brand concepts, names, slogans, graphics, and more.
The Strategy & Consulting Division you will be part of also has many consulting projects with no creative service component. These projects involve a wide range of responsibilities, from solving problems through high-level business branding strategy, to shaping the key point of contact with consumers through product branding. We believe that there is still infinite room for expansion in the field of solving business challenges by offering services from a branding perspective.

調査やヒアリングを通してクライアントの課題を抽出し、課題解決を実行するコンサルティングと、クライアント のブランドをコンセプト、ネーミング、スローガン、グラフィックデザイン等を通じて創造するクリエイティブの両方において力を発揮いただけます。
今回所属いただくストラテジー&コンサルティング ディビジョンでは、クリエイティブサービスのない、コンサルティングプロジェクトも数多くてがけいます。企業ブランドという大きな視点での課題解決から、お客様との接点として重要な商品ブランドの課題解決まで幅広い業務に関わっています。企業の課題解決において、ブランディング視点からのサービスには、まだまだ無限の広がりがあると考えています。
クリエイティブプロジェクトにおいては、自らが考えたコンセプトやネーミングが、デザイナーの手によって形になっていく時の驚きやワクワク感はこの職業ならではの醍醐味です。コンサルタントでありながら、 クリエイターとして世の中に自分で創造したものを残すことができます。
■ International Project Teams Across an Eight-Site Global Network
Headquartered in Tokyo, Bravis International also has a network of local offices in Seoul, Shanghai, Taipei, Bangkok, Lausanne, New York, and Buenos Aires. Each office is run by local staff, and more than 80% of projects for these offices come from local clients. However, since the entire international organization works as a unified team, even based in Japan you can have the opportunity to work on projects in Europe, the Americas, and elsewhere in Asia.
Our headquarters in Tokyo receives many inquiries daily from potential clients in China, Taiwan, Korea, and other Asian countries in particular, but the international nature of our Tokyo team, with members from the USA, China, Taiwan, Korea, and Thailand, ensures that every project is approached from a global perspective.
東京本社を中心に、ソウル、上海、台北、バンコク、ニューヨーク、ローザンヌ、ブエノスアイレスといった欧米亜に7つの支社を展開しています。現地オフィスは現地スタッフだけで運営しているため、80%以上がローカルクライアントとのプロジェクトとなります。そのため、日本にいながら様々な国のローカルプロジェクトに携わることができます。
■ Flat, Open Company Culture
We have an egalitarian company culture in which all team members are free to speak their opinions, regardless of position. The atmosphere in the office is friendly, and as employees are allowed relative freedom in pursuing their interests, morale is high. As a result, our turnover rate is as low as approximately 10%.
All employees refer to president and CEO Fumi Sasada by the friendly appellation "Fumi-san," and he in turn maintains an open-door policy. This open and welcoming corporate culture makes the company feel almost like a family. We enjoy working in an environment where all team members, right up to the directors, interact freely with each other, which in turn encourages the mutual intellectual stimulation that is so important for inspiration and creativity.
Daily video meetings bring the entire company together, including our local offices, and the entire eight-site global network works on projects together as one. Each office supports and is supported by all the others, with Skype and similar tools allowing quick and easy resolution of minor challenges.
Bravis's Tokyo headquarters offers a pleasant and well-appointed work environment in a beautiful, modern five-story building. On a fine day, you can even see Mount Fuji from the roof!
役職など関係なく自由に意見が言い合えるフラットな雰囲気です。社員同士の仲も良く、自分のやりたいことが比較的認められる自由な職場であることから、退社率も10%程度です。
全社員が社長を「フミさん」と呼び、いつでも社長室に相談にいける風通しのよいファミリー感のある社風です。ディレクターをはじめ、全社員が自由に交流できる環境で、互いに刺激し合いながら新しいアイデアを生み出しています。
海外支社も、毎日テレビ会議で全社会議に参加し、グローバル全社員が一丸となってプロジェクトに取り組んでいます。細かいことはSkype等でやりとりしながら、海外とすぐにサポートし合える状況が整っています。
ブラビスの5階建ての本社ビルは美しくモダンで、働きやすい環境です。天気がいいと屋上から富士山が見えるのも自慢です。
■Experienced and Effective Leadership
Bravis International's president and CEO, Fumi Sasada, first went to the US as a high school student. After graduation, he joined a globally oriented design company and spent sixteen more years in the US building a career as a designer, contributing to corporate identity projects for countless clients in Japan and around the world. More recently, he served on the Tokyo 2020 Emblems Selection Committee, helping with the preparations for what will be one of the biggest events in recent Japanese history, the Tokyo Olympics.
Respected as a leader in the field of product branding and package design in particular, Sasada served as chair of the Japan Package Design Association from 2006 to 2014 and in 2012 was the representative director of D-8, the Council of the Design Association of Japan.
Sasada is also active in branding internationally. During his tenure as chair of the JPDA, he performed a global inspection tour biennially, and is additionally a member of the European Packaging Design Association, allowing him to share information about branding with colleagues worldwide.
弊社代表取締役社長フミ・ササダは高校生で渡米し、世界的なデザイン会社に入社、16年間の米国生活の中でデザイナーとしてキャリアをつみました。日本と海外における大型CIプロジェクトを数多く経験してきました。最近では、「東京2020エンブレム委員会 委員」として東京オリンピックのエンブレムに携わり、日本の一大イベントに貢献しました。
