You will be responsible for a wide range of HR work in the head office HR department that oversees overseas group companies. *You will work at the head office and collaborate with overseas bases on a business trip basis. *Work will be determined based on your experience and aspirations. <Global HR Governance Work> -Planning and operating HR management for overseas group companies, collaborating with local management and HR departments (Management of philosophy and HR KPIs, compensation design and operation including executive compensation, engagement policy collaboration, etc.) -Support for overseas group companies (support for human capital disclosure, system design, visualization of HR information, etc.) <Global Mobility Work Planning and Operation> -Planning and operating various HR systems related to overseas postings (treatment, various support systems, etc.) -Management of expatriates, improvement of operational processes, overseas safety measures, etc. -Payroll calculation, tax, social insurance for overseas expatriates, collaboration with HR of overseas group companies |

Job Requirements |
