Job Description |
Reception work at Kyoto Machi Inn and hotels in Kyoto City You will provide hospitality to ensure that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay and become fans and repeat customers. ■Job Description - Interpretation for foreign guests in English, Japanese, and native language (Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc.) - Check-in/check-out, concierge service - Reservation management, customer management - Management work using a PC such as sales management and numerical management - Ordering and receiving of equipment, maintenance of guest rooms and the hotel environment, etc. - Management and guidance of foreign staff in English and Japanese - Multilingual information dissemination work such as website and Facebook, and customer attraction work - Research, planning, menu creation work, etc. to increase the number of foreign guests - Translation work for posters, guide documents, manuals, etc. - Other ancillary work |
