This is a job at a world-famous entertainment company in a time of global change! We are looking for additional staff. As an in-house designer at a famous character company, you will be in charge of design supervision of goods! [Job details] The company is a character manufacturer with directly managed stores nationwide. This department creates characters, commercializes them according to the product planning image, and organizes 26 promotions per year. This position involves designing and supervising collaborative goods with other companies, creating the original style guide, and art direction and progress management using outsourced work. ■Work details: You may also attend design development meetings with other publishers, accompany design proposals to new licensees, participate in meetings with licensees, and communicate with other companies. Of course, one designer will not be responsible for all tasks, but will be involved in parts of them. <Design work> Due to copyright, we will request external staff with very detailed instructions (pencil roughs + materials). The idea is to handle the main parts of the content below and request external staff to do the work on your behalf. ・Create design style guides to provide to domestic and international licensees ・Create designs to propose to individual domestic licensees ・Original designs for domestic licensees and distributors * ・Collaboration designs with other companies' IP (characters from other companies, anime, games, celebrities, etc.) * ・Design production for other companies' IP alone ・Design development for spatial licenses such as cafes *You will be required to capture the character characteristics of collaborating companies and incorporate them into simplified designs. <Supervision work> ・Supervise product designs laid out based on the style guide provided by the company ・Quality checks of these (checking proofs) ・Checking poses and designs drawn by licensees ・Design supervision of other works created by licensees (storefront decorations, SNS announcements, videos, promotional materials, etc.) ・Quality checks of these (checking proofs) as necessary ■There are also other jobs that you may be asked to handle at the request of each business division. ・Character development and supervision ・Edutainment business teaching material design ・Product and advertisement design for domestic and international collaborating companies ・Participation in competitions for new character creation and event design production ・Design related to new business (3D, metaverse, etc.) Attractiveness of the company: ★You can be involved in the design of famous character products★ ★You will create the base by understanding the character's worldview and product concept★ ★This job is recommended for those who want to be involved in making cute things★ Business route: From planner, from director Client route: In-house |
