Job Description Your "customers" will be mostly doctors/dentists, dental assistants or dental office staff who may have inquiries regarding the features of the product, if they need support on how to utilize it, order inquiries and just general information. You will receive all the adequate training and onboarding needed in order to be successful in this role.


Description

Some of your responsibilities include:



・Being part of projects or initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance along with CS Supervisor
・Connect and co-work with APAC Customer Support team and pursue further improvement
・Analyze statistics and other data to determine the level of customer service performance achieved by the team and come up with the resources needed to reach goals
・Lead support projects to establish efficient internal workflow and create necessary training material for internal/ external.


Profile

・Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in contact centres is preferred.
・Experience of technical support and/or SFDC is a plus
・Knowledge or experience in dental and orthodontic treatments is a plus, but it is not required.
