Job Description	You will be responsible for all development work from service planning/design to actual coding. We are looking for people who have the mindset to scale our services together! ・Development of back-end functions, APIs, batch processing, etc. ・Design and operation of infrastructure such as AWS ■ Team composition Team composition: 40 people (30 Filipinos/10 Japanese) There are 10 engineers active in Japan, 7 of whom are foreign nationals. There are situations where both English and Japanese are used, but there is a system in place for other members to follow up on English, so it is not a problem if you are not allergic to English. We would like you to take the initiative and not only communicate the requirements correctly to the Filipino development members, but also demonstrate leadership to the team by giving instructions from the design stage and reviewing. In addition, as we increase the number of Japanese development members and expand the development area, you can eventually aim to become a technical specialist or manager position. First of all, we would like you to lead the development team technically, but we would also like to hear about the future career you are aiming for.

Job Requirements	[Required requirements] ・Experience in back-end development of web applications (approximately 5 years or more) ・Knowledge of web development technology using PHP ・Experience in designing, building, and operating databases such as MySQL ・Beginner level or higher business Japanese [Preferred requirements] ・Familiarity with front-end development ・Experience with AWS, Docker, etc. ・Familiarity with security ・Familiarity with network design ・Experience with database tuning

Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 8000K （Monthly Salary Range: JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 416.667K - JPY 666.667K *Divided into12month ）
Other Salary Description	Expected annual salary: 5 million to 8 million yen ■Salary system: Annual salary Salary amount will be determined based on experience and skills. ■Overtime allowance: Yes (fixed overtime pay for 40 hours) Company-wide average overtime hours are approximately 20 hours *For an annual salary of 6 million yen, 117,360 yen ■Commuting allowance: Yes (paid according to company regulations)
