| Job Description |
Our client enterprise, operating in the outsourced product sector, was established in early 2018. Founded in Singapore, we have expanded to include offices in South East Asians and the USA. With a team of over 50 staff members, we specialize in providing enterprise Point of Sale (POS) solutions, including smart kitchen systems and dispatch solutions, to the food and beverage industry. Notable clients include well-known brands. Additionally, we offer enterprise ecommerce solutions with digital transformation capabilities, serving clients across various industries. As part of our expansion efforts, we are looking for someone who will be able to work with us as we expand our business. Responsibilities: ・Collaborate with Sales Director to achieve sales goals through strategic planning. ・Develop process and requirement documents; translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. ・Investigate existing systems, identify gaps, and propose cost-effective solutions. ・Create documentation for projects and activities, including case studies, findings, and recommendations. ・Analyze sales data to understand market trends and customer needs for strategic planning. ・Lead new point of sale and payment system projects. |

| Job Requirements |
⚫ Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, or a related field. ⚫ Those who are willing to participate in startups and businesses in the launch phase. ⚫ Possess excellent communication skills. ⚫ At least 3 years of direct sales experience for POS registers or experience selling to the food and beverage industry, technology and software system sales experience, and an interest in analysis and sales planning. ⚫ Fluent in Japanese (Sales activity for the Japanese market) |
