Monthly salary: 285,000 yen to 450,000 yen * Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime calculated at 1.25 times the hourly wage. If overtime is exceeded, the full amount will be paid separately. * Annual salary model Annual salary: 3.6 million yen (first year with the company, no incentives) Annual salary: 5 million yen (third year with the company, leader) Trial/training There is a trial period (3 months) Employment conditions are the same as for permanent hire ■ Bonus available ■ Full social insurance coverage ■ Transportation expenses provided according to regulations |
