[Job Overview] We are looking for an overseas VTuber talent manager. This VTuber agency will oversee the debut of talented and attractive talents. Currently, we have 15 unique talents, and 8 second-generation talents debuted in September, and in 2 weeks, the channel subscribers exceeded 25,000, and all of them are supported by many fans. You will be entrusted with an important position to seriously engage with, develop, and promote the affiliated talents. [Specific duties (example)] ■Schedule management and mental care for overseas VTuber talents ■Progress management and quality check of related illustrations and other productions ■Planning and executing products and events for the talents in charge ■Coordination with external parties including talents *We expect to be in charge of up to 4 VTuber talents. |

[Required skills/experience] ■English: Business level or above *For foreign nationals, Japanese business level or above (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level) ■Experience managing VTuber talent ■Able to commute to an office in Tokyo [Welcome skills/experience] ■Work experience related to 2D content such as anime/manga/games ■Experience managing Live2D or 3D production progress ■Music production experience ■Video production experience for anime, 3DCG, etc. ■Experience in sales planning and production related to commerce such as goods ■Event planning and production experience ■Language skills other than English |
