"HENNGE One" continues to provide various functions as a security all-in-one service for the SaaS era so that everyone can take on the challenge of new ways of working with peace of mind. 【Job】 In addition to internal negotiation management (contract management, systemization of HENNGE One tenant construction) and sales activity support, it is expected that the need to utilize Salesforce.com will further expand in the Customer Success Department and other departments in the future. In this circumstance, the company is looking for a colleague who can work together to realize the internal business needs on Salesforce.com in an agile and efficient manner. In addition to supporting internal users, the company uses Salesforce to perform a variety of tasks, including negotiation and contract management for the sales department, tenant management for the operations department, and customer management for the customer success department. As the company's business expands, the need for Salesforce utilization is expected to grow, and plans are underway to expand it not only for internal use but also as a customer portal for end users. The company is looking for team members who will work together to design, develop, and operate these business infrastructures. Your Role & Responsibilities Communicate and define requirements with business stakeholders Study and design the optimal implementation method on the company's SFDC platform Liaison with implementers and review of various aspects Various implementations including standard functions and source code development Data maintenance and visualization using reports/dashboards Respond to inquiries from internal users Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for all or part of the above tasks. 【About the Department】 There are 10 members in total and 3 members of Salesforce team. Individual autonomy is respected, and each person has a lot of latitude to make their own ideas come true. In addition to the Salesforce team, the department has a data engineering team and a data analysis team, so we focus on activities to seek new outputs in cooperation with each team. Moreover, they also strive to create an office space that is easy for each employee to work in and productive.

Job Requirements	【Required】 Experience in customized development using Apex or Java (2+ years) Experience or knowledge in building and operating various RDBs Business level English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above as a guide) 【Preferred】 Experience consulting, negotiating or defining requirements with business stakeholders Experience with any of the following Experience implementing using Salesforce.com standard features Experience with Lightning Components development or front-end development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript Experience designing access control models in Salesforce.com Experience in development/design/operation of mission-critical systems and business systems Experience in development/design/operation of API integration between Salesforce and other systems
